Host Pond LLC was founded in July 2008 by Richard Powell. A former partner in OP River Technologies, Richard has been providing web hosting for more than eight years.  Before that, Richard was providing technical support to companies world-wide, and owned his first website (webmd.com) in 1996. Here at Host Pond, your web hosting comes with the support of more than 20 years experience in eCommerce and web-based technical service. 

Having a store-front where customers can come in person to learn and ask questions has been a dream of Richard's since the founding of OP River Technologies in 2004.   We have finally secured a facility for this new office in the Sellwood district of Portland and are planning a grand opening in the first part of June 2009
